Academy Graduates 

One of the major goals of the New England Academy of Tennis is to develop and prepare players for college tennis. Through stressing sound fundamentals and teaching doubles skills and tactics, the Academy produces players ready to compete at the college level. Surainder Asokaraj (Amherst College), Andrew Bruhn (Georgetown University), Matthew Clark (Marist College), Alex Jacobs (Bowdoin College), Sawyer Lawson (Bates College), James Martin (Hobart College), Andrew Neville (Denison University), Trelsie Sadler (Washington & Lee University) and Mike Spiro (Boston University) are the latest Academy graduates moving on to compete at the intercollegiate level. College Prospects Showcase

The DTS College Prospects Showcases, created and run by Academy Co-Director Tim Donovan, are scheduled for June 19 and 20 at Yale University in New Haven, CT, and July 5 and 6 at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.  These events provide prospective college recruits just finishing their junior year in high school with exposure to college coaches at the Division I, II, and III level.  This year’s events will attract coaches representing over 100 college programs and 160 players from 25 states and 5 foreign countries.
