Academy Training Schedule

Fall, Winter and Spring 2017-2018

The Academy on court training is held Sunday - Friday. Players can train up to 4 days per week, within their level, including blended clinics. Schedules are created according to a player’s developmental needs and can vary in frequency throughout the year. The chart below lists the training days and times for a player’s skill level. Registering for a blended class, Blue to White or White to Red, requires a Director’s approval.



Academy Directors have the final say in regard to a players placement.

2018 Summer Training Schedule

The summer is designed to provide Academy athletes and qualified future Academy athletes with a training environment this is technically, tactically and physically progressive as well as flexible to meet the many needs of tournament players. We strive in all aspects of our training to make hard work fun and inspiring. Practices will be a college style format that is a balance of individual instruction, group practice, point play, video instruction, sports psychology and more.

We stress footwork (contact and balance moves), patterns of play, technical proficiency and shaping a player’s identity and relative style of play. In addition, we will be offering match play with other programs throughout the course of the summer.

Each day players will train under a balance of:

  • Technical and Tactical
  • Mental Skill Development, bi-weekly
  • Match Play
  • Daily Fitness Conditioning
  • Video Analysis
  • Players should bring “nut free” snacks and lunch and plenty of fluids

Rain Policy

If there is rain forecasted prior to the start of the day (a wash out), that day of training will be cancelled. If there is rain during the training day, the athletes will be moved indoors.
